How to activate
- Fill in the registration form at any U Mobile Service Centre, UStore, UFrens or our dealers.
- Provide your supporting document e.g. photocopy of IC or passport.
- Registration and activation of your prepaid line will then commence.
- After that, insert your SIM Card and turn on your mobile phone.
Note: Your line will be fully activated and ready for use within 24 hours.
