The new call rate for DiGi Prepaid I Like™ is 36 sen/min to anyone on any network, anytime, anywhere.
2. What is the new SMS rate for DiGi Prepaid I Like™?
The new SMS rate for DiGi Prepaid I Like™ is 10 sen/SMS to anyone on any network, anytime, anywhere.
3. Is there a subscription fee when activating any of the options?
No. Activation of any option is FREE of charge except for Super Long Life™ which requires a payment of RM30 for 1 year validity.
4. How many options can I activate at one particular time?
Only 1 option at a time. However, you can activate Super Long Life™ along with any of the free options.
5. How often can I change options?
Change of options is only allowed once (1 time) a calendar month for Super FnF™, Super SMS™ and Super Talk™.
6. What is Super Long Life™ and how do I use it?
Super Long Life™ is a validity extension feature that gives you 1 year validity and can be activated at any time.
7. How do I activate the options?
Dial *112*1# for Super FnF™, *112*2# for Super SMS™, *112*3# for Super Talk™ and *128*4*3# for Super Long Life™. You can also activate at digi.com.my/OCS or by calling 016 221 1800.
8. Do I still enjoy 11 Friends and Family™ numbers without activating any options on DiGi Prepaid I Like™ ?
Yes. 11 Friends and Family™ numbers is available for all DiGi Prepaid customers.
