KLIA Limos offering Celcom broadband prepaid
Petaling Jaya, 28 May – In an effort to cater to tourists coming in to Malaysia who need broadband Internet services, Celcom unveiled their Airport Limo, which will carry the Celcom Broadband prepaid packages.
Celcom claims that over 400 limos will carry the Broadband pack, the limo drivers will serve as ambassadors and will be able to answer queries from commuters, while selling Celcom Broadband packs and other products.
The pack can be purchased from the airport limo driver form RM25 with a preloaded value of RM20.
The promotion will run for six months, starting from today onwards. How would you identify them? The limos will have Celcom branding all over them, and inside there will be pamphlets and brochures.
Chee Pok Jin, Chief marketing Officer of Celcom Malaysia said, “We are providing broadband services for tourist, who are limited to visiting cybercafes when they need the Internet.”
“Now they can get connected anytime, anywhere.”
Users will just need a 3G capable phone, PCMCIA datacard or USB modem to go online after purchasing the pack.
