According to Celcom, Celcom Blue offers one of the lowest rate in the market with voice and video call at a flat rate of 45sen per minute, SMS at a flat rate of 15 sen and MMS at 35 sen per message.
To enjoy a one year validity, Celcom Blue users only needs to reload a minimum RM30 while their validity will be extended to two years if they reload a minimum RM50.
Other bonuses include Bonus Banyak Guna, Bonus Setia and Bonus Hari Jadi.
Teman 20 offers special voice and messaging rates of up to 20 users with voice/video call at 15sen, SMS at 1sen and MMS 15 sen effective 1 October 2008.
There is also Credit Advance which allows Celcom Blue customers to request an advance credit of RM2 with a two days validity while SMS Reverse Charge allows an SMS to be reversed charged to the receiver.
Celcom has also introduced a wap portal called Channel C, offering a variety of mobile contents. Customers just need to dial *119# from their phone to download these contents.
